As the leader in Medical Entry in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, MedEntry is pleased to announce that we are now offering UCAT preparation for Irish students wishing to study medicine in the United Kingdom.
UCAT, previously known as UKCAT, is a 2 hour long computer-based test which is used to select students into medicine in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. It comprises five subtests: UCAT Verbal Reasoning, UCAT Decision Making, UCAT Quantitative Reasoning, UCAT Abstract Reasoning and UCAT Situational Judgement.
Most medical courses in the United Kingdom require students to sit UCAT (a minority require BMAT). Note that students also need to apply to UCAS by October 15 2019 for courses commencing in 2020.
Registrations to sit UCAT close on 18 September 2019, and the last date that a student can sit UCAT this year is 2 October 2019.
MedEntry’s UCAT Preparation packages include:
- 10 full length UCAT exams, delivered via a simulated UCAT platform
- 5 subtest mocks for each of the 5 UCAT subtests
- Additional practice questions in drills and the Eureka question bank
- 2 day Online Webinars
