COVID-19, HPAT & MedEntry
Your safety is our priority
Ensuring the safety of our students, particularly during this critical year of schooling, is our priority. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, MedEntry has taken the following proactive measures to ensure the safety of our students and staff.
Our services will remain uninterrupted
MedEntry will be maintaining and extending our services to provide high quality HPAT preparation in a manner that maintains the health and wellbeing of our students.
We have been preparing students for medical entry for two decades. We have been working progressively since January so we are well prepared for our organisation to respond quickly to the changing conditions. This will ensure we can continue to seamlessly provide training to our students. We have a Education Continuity Plan in place that includes the ability to have staff work remotely, eliminating any potential disruption to your HPAT preparation.
MedEntry’s extensive, global staff members are continuing to work on providing even more quality HPAT services for our students, delivered on our online, interactive platform. We are currently redeveloping the HPAT online platform to make it even more intuitive and personalised.
Workshops may run online
Depending on how the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, some HPAT workshops may run online. The decision whether to run online workshops will depend on advice from various national and international health sources, as well as governmental directives.
MedEntry has extensive experience in running online workshops and have sophisticated technology to ensure that online workshops, if they take place, will be run in an engaging and interactive manner, just as in-person events. All workshops will be run by our experienced and expert specialist doctors, and will cover the same content as in-person events.
HPAT 2020 & 2021
HPAT 2020 took place as usual in February, and results are due to be released in mid-June.
HPAT 2021 is due to take place in February 2021. Exactly when and how it will be administered will depend on how the COVID-19 situation unfolds. Our advice to students is to continue their HPAT preparation as usual, with the expectation of sitting HPAT in February 2021.

MedEntry will also be providing updates to all of our students.
We understand this is a difficult and uncertain time, and hope that you and your families stay safe and healthy.
